This initiative aims to equip National Service persons with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their teaching roles, even if their academic background did not include formal education studies. By completing this specialized post-graduate diploma, they can enhance their teaching abilities and contribute effectively to the education system.

The collaboration between these universities underscores their commitment to improving the quality of education in Ghana and ensuring that all educators receive appropriate training and certification.
